Stoyan Gochev is the Broker/Owner and founder of two of the most successful RE/MAX offices in Bulgaria—RE/MAX City and RE/MAX City Mall, located in the capital of the country - Sofia. These offices are part of RE/MAX, the world’s largest and most renowned real estate network, which boasts over 140,000 agents across more than 110 territories and countries.

Stoyan joined the RE/MAX team in Bulgaria nearly ten years ago and has since played a pivotal role in its development. Notably, he was the driving force behind the opening of Bulgaria’s first real estate office located within a shopping center, offering clients convenient access to top-tier services and products seven days a week.

With a strong academic background in economics, Stoyan holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Insurance. He brings over 20 years of expertise in management, trade, and digital marketing to his work, along with extensive experience in interior and 3D design.
In addition to his success in real estate and investment, Stoyan has a broad range of interests in finance, statistics, and macroeconomics. His professional competencies also include psychology and coaching, with a focus on sales skills development and negotiation. He holds a Master Practitioner degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and actively leads training seminars, providing valuable insights into investment strategies and real estate market trends.

Stoyan is the founder, creator, and publisher of Real Estate Sofia, a publication dedicated to providing in-depth analyses and forecasts in the real estate sector.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Stoyan was honored in 2023 with two prestigious international RE/MAX awards: the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, underscoring his leadership, commitment, and excellence within the real estate industry.
